The Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, Ms Marina Dražić, participated in the meeting of the Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration (DISPA), held in Budapest. The event was hosted by the Ludovika University of Public Service, and the Academy was also represented by Ms Radmila Tomović, Head of the International Cooperation Group. This year's meeting gathered DISPA network members from 24 European countries.
The central topic was "Artificial Intelligence: Challenges in Public Administration Training." Workshops and panels explored innovations supported by AI, as well as the use of AI in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programmes for public administration officials.
Key themes included AI-supported management, the use of AI in academic research, the application of VR headsets for training purposes, and large language models in diplomatic training.
The DISPA network was established in 1995 and serves as a platform for sharing knowledge and best practices in the field of public administration across Europe. The National Academy for Public Administration has been a member since 2018.
