At its session held on 22 October 2026, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the National Academy for Public Administration’s annual training programmes for 2027, namely:
The 2027 programmes comprise more than 680 training courses, 57 of which are entirely new. At the same time, more than a third of the existing courses have been methodologically improved to ensure that their content and delivery methods better address the needs of public administration employees.
The results of the comprehensive preparation process show that the NAPA training programmes for 2027 have been improved by almost 50% compared with the previous year. These improvements are the result of systematic work involving the analysis of professional development needs, consultations with public administration bodies, and consideration of feedback from training participants and providers.
The new and improved programmes reflect the current needs of public administration and contemporary trends in the professional development of employees, with a particular focus on the practical application of knowledge and the development of competencies required for more efficient work.
The entire process is driven by a single objective: to deliver tangible benefits across the public administration through higher-quality programmes, modern learning methods and training courses that directly contribute to improving employees’ knowledge, skills and work performance.
By adopting the annual programmes for 2027, NAPA continues to strengthen the professional development system, ensuring that it is based on the actual needs of public administration and geared towards its further professional development.
