The meeting reviewed the successful cooperation to date and discussed priority topics for continuing the partnership in 2026, as well as further support from SIGMA. Particular satisfaction was expressed with the innovative proposals presented by NAPA, the implementation of which will require additional analyses and will enable further improvement of the public civil servants’ professional development system, as well as the development of new training formats.

NAPA and SIGMA will continue to work together to strengthen a professional public administration in Serbia.
