At the Student Internship Fair in Public Administration, a panel was held devoted to the programme that has, for the third consecutive year, successfully connected students with public administration institutions.
The Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, Marina Dražić, presented the Academy’s Student Internship Programme and highlighted how the planned training sessions complement students’ practical work by helping them understand the system, develop soft skills, and acquire the competencies necessary for their first steps on the labour market.
So far, students have shown the greatest interest in topics that reveal how public administration functions “from the inside”, public speaking, as well as modern technologies and practical employment-related issues. This year, they were also given the opportunity to attend an online English language course at C level, with a certificate awarded — providing additional support for the development of their career skills.
The Academy continues to enhance the programme, introduce new content, and strengthen cooperation with institutions, as the public administration and the economy need young, competent people with fresh ideas.
