INNOVATIONS IN ONLINE TRAININGS

In order to improve the work performance and motivation of civil servants and local government officials, we have created the first two trainings, fully innovative and improved by interactive content.

From now on, new online trainings "CORRECTING POOR PERFORMANCE AND BEHAVIOR" and "EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION" are available.

The goal of these trainings is to improve the skills of employees as regards to raising employee motivation in the workplace.

The trainings are designed as "Self Paced" content, which means that candidates will have access to instructions in which the online learning process will be explained.

The materials were developed within the project "Civil Service Training for the 21st Century in the Republic of Serbia", funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the National Academy of Public administration (NAPA).

You can access online trainings at any time, follow the pace that suits you, with no limit in training duration.

The trainings can be accessed via the LMS platform, ie via the following links:
