TRAINERS GATHER AGAIN AT THE ACADEMY

The National Academy for Public Administration once again gathered its accredited trainers today at the second event titled “Trainers’ Meeting.”

Assistant Directors of the Academy, Dejan Raketić and Snežana Antonijević, addressed the training implementers. In addition to presenting upcoming initiatives in trainer development, participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with new tools for assessing participants' knowledge during workshops. Through open discussion, the need for the continuous improvement of trainers’ own skills was also emphasized, in order to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training for all public administration employees.

On this occasion, the Academy expresses its gratitude once again to the Hanns Seidel Foundation for its support, as well as to all the trainers with whom we work together to strengthen the competencies of public administration personnel.
