MASTERCLASS HELD FOR SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS

An exclusive masterclass titled "Management Transformation" was held today in the amphitheatre of NAPA, attended by senior civil servants in the Republic of Serbia.

Nick Thijs, Team Leader for Service and Digital Governance at OECD SIGMA, spoke about innovative thinking, strategic responses to technological innovation, and fostering an innovative organizational culture.

This lecture is part of the project "Strengthening the Professional Capacities of Senior Civil Servants in the Republic of Serbia," implemented by NAPA with the support of the European Union.
