The Director of the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA), Ms Marina Dražić, participated in the ReSPA meeting of directors and heads of training institutions from the Western Balkans.
The meeting served as a platform for exchanging innovative approaches and best practices in the fields of leadership, career development, and talent management. Radmila Tomović, Head of NAPA’s International Cooperation Group, presented the Academy’s achievements in digitizing training processes, including the further development of the LMS platform and the mobile application for professional development — mNAPA. Training programmes focused on artificial intelligence and plans for LSG learning and development were also showcased.
The outcome of the meeting is expected to be the formulation of a joint regional initiative to be implemented in 2025, aimed at strengthening cooperation among public administration institutions in the Western Balkans.
