Today, a roundtable titled "Trainers' Meeting" was held at the training centre of the National Academy for Public Administration, bringing together accredited trainers from NAPA and trainers from the Judicial Academy. The goal of this gathering was to exchange training experiences, foster networking, and share best practices in the field of trainer development.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Judicial Academy, as part of the Agreement on Cooperation in Promoting and Encouraging Cross-Sectoral Professional Development in Government and Other Institutions — the Network of Schools. In addition to NAPA and the Judicial Academy, the signatories of this Agreement include the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — Diplomatic Academy.
The roundtable was moderated by Jelena Marjanović from NAPA’s Training Programme Development Sector. The Academy was represented at the event by Svetlana Urošević, also from the Training Programme Development Sector, and Aleksandra Majkić, Head of the Training Implementation and Evaluation Department, both members of the Network of Schools.
During the discussion, trainers addressed topics such as the challenges of creating effective learning conditions for trainees, interaction during webinars, and examples of best practices in training work.
Activities such as the Trainers’ Meetings are not only a matter of professional development for trainers, but also one of the mechanisms for ensuring the quality of work in our institutions and the public administration as a whole.
