The Conference took place on June 7/9, and it was organized by the Bulgarian Institute of Public Administration (IPA). Upon a special invitation of the organizer, Ms. Antonijević delivered a presentation entitled “NAPA Training – Innovations and Trends”, and acquainted the attendees with the results of NAPA’s work over the past five years’ period, as well as with its innovative solutions, such as the new NAPA website for trainings’ presentation, the Infoteka, and the online trainings in the field of new technologies.

More than 150 human resource managers from Bulgaria attended the Conference, and the representatives of the National Academy attended the Conference as a part of the activities which were planned in the recently signed Cooperation Agreement of these two institutions.

The Institute of Public Administration of the Republic of Bulgaria was established in 2000, within the administration reform implemented for the purpose of EU accession. Almost from its inception, the NAPA nurtures the friendly relations with this Institute through bilateral cooperation, as well as through the joint membership in a number of regional and European networks.
